Is your business ready for practical AI?

We work inside mid-to-large organisations to make AI governable — advising, selecting the right tools, implementing them, and building what does not exist. We can prove what we recommend, because the Tork group runs governed AI in production itself.

“Tork is a seatbelt for AI. Not invincibility — but the difference between an incident you can explain and one you cannot.”

We use your stack where it is right, and bring our own governed building blocks where it is not.Twelve governed nodes →

The problem

Deployment is outrunning governance.

AI is already in your organisation. It is in the tools your teams bought, the features your vendors shipped without asking, and the assistants your staff signed up for personally. Very few organisations can produce a list of it.

Ask a simple question — which model saw customer data last quarter, who approved it, what did it decide — and most cannot answer without a manual investigation that takes weeks.

That is not a technology gap. It is an evidence gap, and it is the one that turns an ordinary AI incident into a regulatory one.

What we do

Six modes along one path.

Most engagements use several of these. Where a Tork node is the right answer we will recommend it and say why; where your existing stack already does the job, we integrate with it.

01

Advise

Where you actually stand, and what your regulatory exposure looks like once someone asks. Written for a board, not a workshop.

AI readiness and risk posture assessment
Governance operating model and board reporting pack
Regulatory mapping — EU AI Act, ISO 42001, APRA CPS 230, privacy law
02

Curate

Assembling the right stack for the problem — our nodes, your existing platforms and market tools, scored against criteria you agree before we start.

Shortlist with scored evaluation against your criteria
Reference architecture across the chosen tools
Commercial and licensing position
03

Implement

Standing the chosen stack up inside your environment, integrated with what you already run, and governable from the first day it is live.

Deployment into your identity, data and core systems
Policy enforcement and audit logging in the request path
Runbooks and operational handover
04

Extend

Where a Tork product is genuinely the right fit, we configure and tailor it to your processes rather than forcing your processes to it.

Configuration against your policy and taxonomy
Custom workflows, integrations and connectors
Tenant setup and role model
05

Build

When nothing on the market fits, we build it — governed the same way everything else in the estate is governed.

Custom application or agent, production-grade
Source and infrastructure you own outright
Test, evaluation and monitoring harness
06

Enable

Training your people to run and extend what we built. The measure of success is that you stop needing us.

Role-based training for risk, platform and business owners
Internal capability and ownership model
Structured exit and support taper
How an engagement runs

Five stages. Each one leaves something behind.

Every stage ends with an artefact your people own, not a presentation.

Step 01

Diagnose

Inventory the AI already running — sanctioned and not — and test it against the obligations that apply where you operate.

→ AI estate register
Step 02

Design

Decide the controls, the tooling and the accountability structure. Agree what good looks like before anything is built.

→ Governance operating model
Step 03

Deliver

Implement, integrate and configure. Controls go live incrementally, highest-exposure use case first.

→ Governed AI in production
Step 04

Prove

Demonstrate that the evidence produces itself: a real question from risk or audit, answered from the record.

→ Regulator-ready evidence pack
Step 05

Hand over

Train your owners, taper our involvement, and leave the capability to extend the controls without us.

→ Trained internal owners
Opinionated, and accountable for it

We recommend what we are willing to be held to.

01 · Our position

We back our own tools, because we are the ones who have to make them work.

A neutral broker recommends a product and walks away when it disappoints. We recommend the Tork network because we built it, we run it in production, and we stay accountable for the outcome long after the recommendation. Where you already own something that does the job, we integrate with it rather than replace it for the sake of it.

02 · Proven

We run governed AI ourselves, so we can show the receipts.

The group operates twelve governed AI products on one tamper-evident audit spine — three open and the rest running for named clients. Every model call is intercepted, stripped of personal data, policy-checked and receipted.

Sectors

Where the pressure is specific.

Banking

Model risk management and prudential obligations meeting generative systems that were never designed to be explained.

Asset finance

Credit decisioning and document automation where every determination has to be reconstructable years later.

Equipment rental

Pricing, utilisation and condition assessment across dispersed fleets and thin data.

Field operations

Inspection and safety-critical judgement made at the edge, often offline, by people who are not analysts.

Education

Student data protection and academic integrity, under scrutiny from regulators and parents at the same time.

Enterprise

Large organisations with AI spread across business units, where the hard part is one consistent control regime rather than any single use case.

The nodes we bring to the table
tork.network →

Most consultancies arrive with a methodology. We arrive with working software.

Twelve production AI products, governed by default, all writing to the same tamper-evident audit spine. They are not the answer to every engagement — where your existing stack is right, we say so and integrate with it. But where there is a gap, we are not starting from a blank page.

The spine

Tork Govern

The governance layer everything else stands on. It sits between your AI and any model provider, strips personal data, enforces policy at the moment of execution and issues a tamper-evident receipt on every call. Adopt any other node and this comes with it.

The control plane

Tork Tower

One screen over every governed system. Policies publish outward, receipts and verdicts flow back — and the person who is accountable can answer what the organisation's AI did last quarter in seconds, not in weeks of interviews.

Surfaces people actually use

Tork Chat

An assistant branded to you and trained on your content, governed on every message.

AssetWise

A full asset register with live accounting integration — every asset known, every ledger in sync.

Tork ERP

Fleet, reservations, contracts and charges in one system, with the ledger kept in step.

Tork CRM

Pipeline with an AI coach on every deal, built for asset finance and rental rather than generic sales.

Tork Inspect

Field teams inspect on site, AI writes the report, and the report holds up as evidence later.

Tork Innovation

Staff submit ideas, AI scores them against your strategy, and every decision between is receipted.

Governance and workforce

Tork Compass

A short assessment scoring where you actually stand on AI, with a roadmap you can act on. Often the first thing we run.

Tork Workforce

Maps which roles automation reaches first, models the transition, and shows the board the working.

Tork Education

Governed AI for teaching institutions — content, assessment and student interaction inside a boundary a regulator will accept.

Tork Twin

A private, governed assistant holding one executive's role, data and market, which never leaves the boundary.

Starting points, not products on a shelf.

Every node is built to be shaped. We reconfigure data models, workflows, policy sets, branding and integrations to match how you actually operate — and where you need something the network does not cover, we build it and govern it the same way.

Several nodes exist today because a client needed something specific and we built it properly rather than working around it.

Who we are

Practitioners, not a bench of graduates.

The people who show up to your engagement are the people who built and now operate the group's governed AI. Team names, credentials and photographs go here once you confirm them.
